Some places in the world have funny names, it's just the way it is. I have personally driven through Cocks (in Cornwall) and couldn't resist going back for a photo. I haven't visited Anus (Indonesia) or Bollock (Philippines), but they are surely worth a trip, if only for a great reply to the innocuous question "where did you go on holiday?"
